Metal heels are one of my pet hates on shoes. If there’s a better way to instantly cheapen a style, then I don’t know what it is – and many a time I’ve seen a shoe or boot I’ve loved, only to groan in despair as I notice the metal heel stuck to the back of it.
It’s safe to say I’m not going to be adding these to my Christmas list, then, although, to be fair, they probably wouldn’t have made the cut anyway, because that point-toed style is just a little too 80s for me in any case. I completely agree about spiked heels. I don’t get the appeal at all, but when I ran a poll on this one they turned out to be quite popular.
