Name aside, I love these boots. Yes, they’re studded, and yes, that makes them “bang on trend” (urgh), but I actually think these will stand the test of time fairly easily, and become a “go-to” winter boot, worn with everything from dresses to jeans, until they start to look all scruffy. They’re also the kind of boots that look like they’ll only get better with age, which is always a good thing in my book.
Now, sing it with me, folks: “The reflex! Is an only chiiiilld! He’s waiting in the paarrk….”
Is that a BUTTERFLY on the front? I would have liked these if the studs didn’t make a butterfly. They would be a kinda rock n roll if the studs were at the top or something but the butterfly makes it more My Little Pony than The Rolling Stones.
I quite like these, and I’m not a huge fan of studs. And the song’s stuck in my head. Which is fine, I love me some Duran Duran, and it’s better than yesterday’s theme to The Wombles. Oh, no, wait … yep, The Wombles are back again!
