Fergie ‘Amplify’ silver and purple court shoes

They say you learn something new every day, and today I’ve learned there’s a shoe brand called “Fergie”. Whether after the Black Eyed Pea, the Duchess or York or some other Fergie, I have no idea, but there it is.

These shoes are “Fergies”, and I think they probably fall into that “things I shouldn’t like, but do” category. I don’t know, I have a feeling that, in person, they could look just a little bit cheap, but in this photo, I rather love them, even although they seem to be crying out to be worn to a disco in the 80s, and that’s just not going to happen.

The shape of the heel, combined with the unusual colour-mix is what makes these shoes stand out, though, and I’d like to see the same shape, only with different colours – black and red, maybe?
